Berwick Township, Adams County – Sanitary Sewer Project & Related Consulting

While previously employed by another engineering firm and as representative to the Township Supervisors Tim served as project manager for completion of the Planning and Design of a $4,000,000 public works project involving the construction of a new wastewater treatment facility, 4 pumping stations, and over five miles of sanitary sewer main. Tim was also responsible for the coordination of project funding which included writing the application for the largest grant issued by the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (Pennvest) to date of over $ 2.5 million dollars. The balance was funded by a 1% loan from Pennvest. Also, grant funds were secured through the CDBG program for payment of connection and tapping fees for qualifying residents.

Other related experience included preparation / assistance with a comprehensive plan, zoning ordinance, subdivision & land development ordinance, stormwater management ordinance, driveway ordinance, well ordinance, review and coordination of approval for developments such as a 14 lot light industrial park, a 275 lot mobile home park, a 75 lot residential subdivision with on-site wastewater treatment plant, and numerous commercial and residential projects.
