Timothy Knoebel, P.E. - President

Tim is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering Technology and is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania.

His primary responsibility is the oversight of the firm's municipal engineering services. He also serves as consulting engineer for several municipalities. Since 1988 Tim has been involved as representative to municipalities in York and Adams County for projects involving planning, ordinance development, sanitary sewer construction, street reconstruction, culvert design, drainage & floodplain evaluation, public works project implementation including preparation of bid documents, project management, and construction observation and since 1988 has been involved with more than 30 municipal and public agencies.

Tim is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Association of State Dam Safety Officials, and Pennsylvania Water Environment Association where he serves on the editorial board for a bi-monthly magazine, the Central Pennsylvania Water Quality Association, and the Pennsylvania Township Engineers Association. Tim has also served on his local Planning Commission.
