Timothy C. Black, P.L.S. - Director of Surveying
Mr. Black serves as Director of Surveying and oversees the firm's municipal and private surveying services. He has over 25 years experience in all aspects of surveying. He has extensive experience in construction stake-out, boundary surveys and topographic surveys for land development projects. Mr. Black has also been involved with the successful implementation of GPS technology into everyday use as a surveying tool. He has also overseen the surveying requirements for all size projects, from small building additions up to multimillion dollar commercial developments. Tim is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the state of Pennsylvania, and belongs to the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors.
