Stephen DeFriece - Engineering Technician, Construction Inspector

Steve holds an Associates degree in Civil Technologies from the Harrisburg Area Community College and is both a certified water and wastewater operator in Pennsylvania.

His primary area of responsibility has been as an active participant in nearly all facets of the design, construction and inspection of municipal water and wastewater systems from concept to startup. Steve is keenly aware of Authority operations having previously managed the Sewer and Water Department and as the code and zoning officer for the Borough of Biglerville. His previous experience working with a utility contracting company has also served him well and uniquely qualifies him for utility construction oversight.

Steve has also been involved in various other municipal projects including street installations, stormwater and sewer collection systems and other land development and municipal related projects.
