Michael R. Begis - Staff Engineer

Mike is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. He has also completed additional course work in the area of hydrology and hydraulics design.

His primary area of responsibility is general consulting and serves as the firms' representative for several municipalities. Mike has been involved as representative to municipalities in York and Adams County involving ordinance development, general infrastructure rehabilitation projects such as street reconstruction, culvert design and drainage evaluation, public works project implementation including preparation of bid documents and construction observation. He is also responsible for technical review of plans in various municipalities.

Mike is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Construction Institute and the Association of State Dam Safety Officials. He currently serves on his communities Zoning Hearing Board.
