Jeff Zigler - Civil Project Manager

Jeff is a graduate of Arundel Institute of Technology. He also attended Catonsville Community College for additional civil engineering courses.

His primary responsibility is overseeing the land development department where he is experienced in zoning, subdivision and land development issues. He has design experience in SWM, Erosion and Sediment Control and NPDES permitting. He also represents clients at Township and Borough meetings while processing plan for approvals.

Jeff is member of the Builders Association of Adams County, and has served on a Borough Council as vice president.
