Gilbert J. Picarelli, S.E.O. - Vice President

Gil is a graduate of the Williamsport Area Community College with an Associates Degree in Engineering Drafting and is a Sewage Enforcement Officer in Pennsylvania.

His primary responsibility is the oversight of the firms Sewage Enforcement Officer and on-site sewage consulting. Gil also serves as project manager for residential and commercial land development projects. He also serves as the firm's representative for several municipalities. Since 1989 Gil has been involved in the civil engineering field as a designer, drafter, technician, Sewage Enforcement Officer, and construction inspector.

Gil is member of the Pennsylvania Association of Sewage Enforcement Officers where he has served as an instructor for various continuing education courses and also has served as president of the south central region for the association. Gil is also a past president for the Builders Association of Adams County, and has served on a Borough Council as vice president and president.
