Dominic Picarelli, S.E.O. - Environmental Planner / Technician

Dominic is a Graduate of Bloomsburg State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Planning with a minor in Geology. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Community and Regional Planning at Temple University.

His primary areas of responsibility include his functions as an environmental planner and planning technician. He is involved with development of ordinances including those related to zoning and subdivision and land development. Dominic also reviews land development and subdivision proposals on behalf of several municipalities. He also serves as sewage enforcement officer to municipalities and conducts soils evaluations to determine suitability for on-site sewage disposal and stormwater infiltration, and provides inspection services and permitting for those projects.

Dominic is a member of the American Planning Association, the Pennsylvania Planning Association and Pennsylvania Association of Sewage Enforcement Officers
